In Collaboration with the Neave Trio

and Andrew Ringler

1.8% is the frequency with which American orchestras program the works of female composers. Bucking this trend and in honor of Women’s History Month, the Neave Trio celebrates women composers of the past and present with a evening of Rebecca Clarke, Amy Beach, Cécile Chaminade, and Jennifer Higdon.

Together with the Neave Trio and Andrew Ringler, we present a series of pieces accompanied by visual art. We worked with the musicians to craft moving landscapes inspired by these classic works. When music and visual art combine, the results can be breathtaking. We are proud to present this innovative concert exploring the relationship between the auditory, emotional, and visual.
